# Reolink Customers are using Reolink with success, but they are not officially supported. In order to use them, you need to follow the instructions given here: Basically, you need to enable H.265 and RTSP in the config UI of your camera and then select *Reolink* when adding a *H.264/RTSP camera* in IDCamPro.
