Android must be at least version 6 (Marshmallow) or higher.
As the app is not available yte in the Google Play Store, but only hosted on our website, the system must allow installation form unknown locations. Go to Settings - Apps - Special app access - Install unknown apps and enable Allow from this source for Chrome.
The chip on the USB-RS232-adapter should be any of the following:
FTDI FT232R, FT232H, FT2232H, FT4232H, FT230X, FT231X, FT234XD
